My New Favorite Breakfast

1 packet of sugar-free instant oatmeal made with water (100 cal)
1 tablespoon of sweetened coconut flakes (35 cal)
Sprinkle (teaspoon) of crushed walnuts (? less than 50 cal)

Yummy to my tummy.
